Walk along beautiful Beach Road that runs below the house and up to the East Chop Light. Swim at Eastville Beach (7/10 mile), Oak Bluffs Beach (2 miles), and State Beach (3 miles) away. Easy bike ride to Oak Bluffs (1 mile) and Vineyard Haven (2 miles).  Island shuttle bus stops at the corner. 

The main house has a lovely, open living room and foyer area, bright kitchen and dining room, as well as three nice bedrooms and two baths (MBR has its own).  The cottage, only feet from the main house, has one large living area, a new kitchenette and bath, bay window, and its own deck.
